We have had reports of people purchasing Need for Speed: Rivals for their Xbox One and installing the game, starting the tutorial at the beginning and then finding that the car does not move!!
A quick fix for this is to completely power off your Xbox One console and start up the game again – this should now work fully and will not happen again. Note that this is a complete power-off, not just a shutdown from your controller.
The best thing is to unplug your Xbox One from the power completely, then leave it for 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Once the console and game have loaded back up, you should find that the car not moving bug has now been resolved.
