LinkGather: every published URL on your site, filtered, sorted and exported
A WordPress admin screen that lists the live URL of everything you have published, across every public post type. Filter by type, author, title or date range, copy any URL with one click, and export the filtered set to CSV. Built for content audits, migrations and link checks, where the slow part is never the fix, it is getting the list.

What it does
One screen that answers the question every audit starts with: what have I actually got, and what are its URLs?
Every public post type
Not just posts and pages. Custom post types, products, anything registered as public, all in one table.
Five filters that stack
Post type, author, a title keyword, and a start and end date. Combine them to get exactly the slice you are after.
The full URL, in the table
Every row shows the live URL as text you can read, next to a View link that opens it.
One-click copy
A Copy button on every row puts that URL on your clipboard. No selecting, no missed characters.
Export to CSV
The filtered set, not the whole site. Title, type, author, date and URL, ready for a spreadsheet or a migration checklist.
Sort and page
Sort by title or date, twenty-five rows to a page.
The screen itself
There is one page and no settings to configure. This is all of it.
Where it lives
One screen, under TGH then LinkGather in the admin sidebar. Administrators only.
The filter bar
Post Type, Author, Title Contains, Start Date and End Date, with a Filter Links button. Leave them all alone and you get everything.
The columns
Title, Type, Author, Date, URL, then View and Copy buttons on every row.
Published only
The table lists published content. Drafts, pending and private posts stay out of it.

LinkGather is on the WordPress.org plugin directory, so the quickest route is Plugins then Add New inside your own admin and a search for LinkGather. The directory page below has the zip and the full changelog.

How to use it
Install and activate it, then open TGH in the admin sidebar and choose LinkGather. You land on the table with everything published already listed, newest first.
Narrowing the list
The bar across the top has five filters and they stack. Post Type limits it to one type, including any custom type your site registers. Author limits it to one writer, which is the fast way to audit a contributor’s back catalogue. Title Contains is a plain keyword match on the title. Start Date and End Date bracket a publication window. Press Filter Links to apply them, and clear a field to widen again.
Reading the table
Each row gives you the title, the post type, the author, the publication date and the full URL. View opens the page. Copy puts that URL on your clipboard, which is the button you will use most. Title and Date are sortable, and the table pages at twenty-five rows.
Exporting
Export to CSV downloads the set your filters are currently showing, not the whole site, with the author column included. That file is the useful bit: drop it in a spreadsheet for a content audit, hand it to a developer as a redirect map before a migration, or run it through a link checker.
Two things worth knowing before you rely on it. The table lists published content only, so drafts and private posts will not appear. And the whole screen, export included, is restricted to administrators.

5.6 or later. It is a normal plugin, installed from the WordPress.org directory or a zip.

Administrator. The screen and the CSV export both check for the manage options capability.

Fully translatable. All strings run through the linkgather text domain.

A short walkthrough from the plugin’s original release. It shows the idea rather than the current screen: the interface has since been rebuilt into the single filterable table described above, and the export is CSV rather than a text file. A fresh recording is on the list.
