What you’re buying
NeoDark and NeoDark Pro are WordPress themes supplied as digital downloads. NeoDark is provided free of charge under the GPLv2 license. NeoDark Pro is a paid, premium build — purchasing it grants you a license to install and use the theme in line with the license terms included with your download. No physical goods are shipped.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not see or store your card or PayPal account details. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any VAT that applies at checkout.
Delivery
Access to your download is provided immediately after successful payment via your WooCommerce account and order confirmation email. If you don’t receive your download link, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Support and updates
NeoDark Pro purchases include lifetime updates and access to support via our contact page. NeoDark (free) is supported on a best-effort basis through the same channel.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
