Digital downloads and your cancellation rights
Under UK consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content like NeoDark Pro, that right ends as soon as you download the theme — because at that point delivery is complete and there’s no way to “return” a digital file. By completing checkout and downloading NeoDark Pro, you agree that you’re waiving your standard 14-day cancellation right in exchange for immediate access.
Our refund approach
Even though the law doesn’t require it for digital downloads, we want you to be happy with NeoDark Pro. If it isn’t working out for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong — most issues (compatibility, missing features, questions about how something works) can usually be fixed directly. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:
- The theme is faulty or doesn’t work as described
- You purchased in error (e.g. duplicate order)
- You haven’t been able to get it working after reasonable support from us
Refunds aren’t offered simply for change of mind once the theme has been downloaded and used on a live site, or where the request falls outside the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Faulty products
If NeoDark Pro is genuinely faulty, this policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
