Microsoft are offering the download of free virtual machines for Internet Explorer and Edge testing purposes that are available to you for 90 days at a time.

You can download the virtual files for the following platforms:

• VirtualBox
• Vagrant
• Hyper-V
• VPC
• VMWare
• Parallels

There are also options for the various browsers on the following operating systems:

• Windows 7
• Windows 8.1
• Windows 10

So you just download the file you want and then fire it up on your own virtual platform.
