Apple have recently released an update to their iOS taking it up to version 9.3.1. If you go into your Settings > General > Update on your iOS device, you should see this update available to you.
For some reason, Apple will not tell us about what is included in this update stating this on their website:
For the protection of our customers, Apple does not disclose, discuss, or confirm security issues until a full investigation has occurred and any necessary patches or releases are available.
