- First, you need to turn the printer off
- Hold down on the Go button (the green button) on the control panel on the printer for around five seconds
- Release the Go button and your HP Laserjet P2015 will now revert back at the factory default settings

Hello. Can you install the Formatter Board of a P2015dn printer to a P2015d series? The dn series has the Internet port but the d series doesn’t. I would like to know if these boards are interchangeable. Thank you
