Updates
Any future updates for this program will be posted on this page and you can quickly get to this page by click About > Update from the browser program itself.
June 2014 – v2.1 – A few minor bug fixes have been carried out and a version button added. Added some new toolbar links and updates old one. Added a Favourites function which is currently very buggy so we will be working on getting this function working much better for the next release.
Instructions
DustyNet is very simple to use and goes back to an older style of internet browsing. You have Back and Forward buttons to go back and forward between visited websites, a traditional address bar to type in your required website along with Go, Home, and Refresh buttons.
We have also added a tabbed browser function so you can click the Add Tab and Remove Tab buttons to allow you to open numerous websites at the same time within the same browser.
You will also notice quick links to TechyGeeksHome website, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages.
On the far right side of the browser toolbar, you will see a Print, Print Preview and a Help button, the help button will bring you back to this webpage and the print and print preview buttons allow you to use the printing functions of the browser.
On the main toolbar, you have File, Navigate, Tabs, TechyGeeksHome and About menus to click. These will open up similar functions to what you have available on the main navigation toolbar as below it.
At the far top right of the browser, you have a Google Search function. Simply click into the text area, type your search and press the Enter key on your keyboard. The browser will then run a Google search and display the results in a tab below.
