System Center Configuration Manager 1602 has now been released and you can easily upgrade to it by going into your Configuration Manager 1511 console and browsing to:
Administration > Cloud Features > Updates and Servicing
Then in there you should see the new version available for pre-req checks and installation:
To install, simply highlight the update and click the Install Update Pack. Then run through the wizard.
