The mobile devices of nowadays are no longer just about making and receiving phone calls. They serve a lot of things including gaming. Gaming on mobile devices is for both professionals who play games for profits at sites such as netbet.co.uk and also for social players who play games for fun. Regardless of whether your main aim in playing games is to earn profits or just to have some good time, it’s always important and rewarding to have a mobile device that runs smoothly when playing games. This makes your gaming experience much more enjoyable.

If you, however, find yourself having some trouble with your mobile device in terms of performance when playing a game, then you need to continue reading this article as it shares with you some common hacks that you can employ in order to make your device run smoothly when playing games.

Tweaking Developer Options Settings

Most mobile devices are not created for gaming and as such, they do not come with default settings which favour or rather prioritize gaming. As such, you need to change your device’s settings to make the device prioritize gaming if you want to get the best possible gaming experience. For Android users, to tweak developer options for the best gaming experience, you will need to visit the ‘About Phone’ section under the main Settings tab. Thereafter, click repeatedly at least 7 times on the ‘Build Version’ section. Once done, search for Force 4x MSSA and turn it on. By turning it on, you are allowing your device to run game apps at the best possible quality. Note that this tweak consumes your battery much faster, therefore, you need to be near a power supply point. Remember to turn Force 4x MSSA off after you finish playing games to save your battery.

Turning Off Background Apps

Social media apps are great for our entertainment but they hinder your gaming experience if you let them run in the background. This is because they force the processor to work more than the usual while at the same time draining your battery and ram memory. In order to turn off these apps, you need to go to the main Settings tab and from there search for ‘Processes’ or ‘Running Services’. In some mobile devices, you will find ‘Running Services’ or ‘Processes’ under the Applications tab. Disable all the apps running in the background and proceed to play your game smoothly. Remember to enable the apps after playing your game. Failure to do so might mean that you fail to receive notifications from some of the apps such as WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook.

Using 3rd Party Boosting Apps

Besides, tweaking some settings on your mobile device on your own, you can actually download and install 3rd party boosting apps which will tweak your device’s settings for you. There are dozens of such apps on the Play Store which will help in making your device run smoothly, perform better and improve graphics quality. Some of these apps include Game Booster, DU Speed Booster and Swift Gamer.
