Adobe have now made available their Adobe Reader DC version 17.009.20058.
You can download the MSP and EXE files for the update directly from Adobes FTP site by clicking the link below:

HOW TO USE THE MSP FILE
You need to download the original MSI installer which is also available from our Downloads microsite at downloads.techygeekshome.info and then use the following command to add the upgrade MSP:
msiexec /a "pathAdbeRdr1000_lang_ID.msi" /p AdbeRdrUpd1010_en_US.msp
